Why HKSMN stop at the grey screen when I first time logon? |

The version of your Java VM doesn’t meet the minimum requirement. Please download & install supported Explode Java VM |
| ii. |
Since you may installed other Java Plug-in and set as default of your Java VM. Please follow below for steps for fixing the problem - |

- Select the ""Java Plug-in" from the "Control Panel" , and then double to open
 |

- Select [Advanced] Page  |
| |
- Check the browser you will use for HKSMN service

Why when I first time logon HKSMN, it tells that " Invalid username or password"? |
| |
You should be using Internet Explorer 5.5 Since the basic setting of Internet Explorer disables the use of cookie, you need to permit the use cookie in order to use the HKSMN service. |

Which browser should I use to access HKSMN? |
| |
Basic requirement for HKSMN service are Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 browsers, with SUN Java VM 1.4.2 or above. Please refer "System requirement" section for details. |

Why does it take a long time to load HKSMN for the first time? |
| |
During the first-time login, the Java Applet cab files will be downloaded to run the HKSMN. As a result, the first login takes a longer time. |

How to view the Chinese version of HKSMN? |
| |
All information in HKSMN is presented in trilingual format. Simply select the?Setup / Help?and click the?Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese?button on Menu Bar to shift the content to Traditional or Simplified Chinese. |

Why does it show " Page Not Found"? |
| |
Your Internet connection may be lost. Please check whether your Internet access is still available. |

How can I improve the performance of the application? |
| |
Since the HKSMN delivers real-time streaming stock market, the performance can be greatly improved if you use the broadband Internet access. In addition, the performance can be improved if there is more free memory available (RAM). So we recommend you to close other applications BEFORE logging into the service in order to enjoy the best performance. Check the "Always trust content from AFE Solutions Ltd. 2002" box when login the HKSMN service. |

Why can I only see "Thank You" message after key in Login ID & Password but without any other message ? |

| You may activate "Popup Blocker" function at your browser, please below steps for change the settings of your browser. |

- Click [Tools] then [Internet Options]
- Choose [Privacy] page
- Check [Turn on Pop-up Blocker] checkbox, click [Setting] button
- Add " afe.com.hk" into the [Address of website to allow]

Firefox
- Click [Options] then choice [Content] page
- Select "Block pop-up windows" then press "Exceptions" button
- Add the address afe.com.hk into the "Allow list"
Same problem will be occurred if you are install programs with "Pop-up blocking" function. You can also add "afe.com.hk" into the allow list of the program to solve the problem. Detailsplease refer to your manual of the software that you are using. |

Why I can only see a "Grey Screen" after key in Login ID & Password but without any other message ? |

| Incomplete Temporary Internet Files may be created & existed at the browser when previous login section, please follow below steps for remove them form your browser. |

- Click 「Tools」then 「Internet Options」
- Choose 「General」page
- Click 「Delete…」button at 「Browsing History」section
- Check 「Temporary Internet files」then Click 「Delete」button to confirm

- Click 「Tools」then 「Options」
- Choose 「Network」page
- Click 「Clear Now」button at 「Offline Storage」section

Why I can see a "Security Warning" message shown when login the service? |
| |
New "Security Warning" message be prompted when login HKSMN service due to requirement of Java VM on security issue, if you are using Sun Java VM ver 7 update 21 or above version.

You need to choose "No" & service will be started normally. Otherwise, no data on HKSMN service window maybe the result.
Please close your browser, re-open & login again. Choose "No" this time & you can use the service normally if "Yes" be chosen before.

What should I do if I have forgotten
my password? |

You should call our customer service hotline at 1000 or e-mail
to premserv@netvigator.com. Our customer service staff will reset
the old password and send you a new one. You can then use the new
password in next login. |
